We have a personalized team of captioners assigned to your station and become as familiar with your area as local residents.  This improves the quality of captions and allows you to have direct contact with captioners in emergency situations.  Eliminating third-party contact saves valuable minutes from the time of your request for captions to our delivery on air.  In addition, when you have equipment issues and need us to help you troubleshoot, you speak directly with the captioners that will be covering your news on a daily basis.
